spend的用法是什麼

spend，可用作名詞、及物動詞、不及物動詞，如：spend some money/some time on sth，spend some money/some time (in) doing sth，spend money for sth。在使用spend時，主語只能是表示人的名詞或代詞。

spend，英[spend]美[spend]，可用作名詞、及物動詞、不及物動詞，作名詞時意為“預算”，作及物動詞時意為“度過，消磨（時光）；花費；浪費；用盡”，作不及物動詞時意為“花錢；用盡，耗盡”。作及物動詞時，只能以人作主語，接名詞、代詞作賓語;可用於被動結構；spend的賓語後可接動詞不定式，表示目的，作狀語。

用法：

1、在使用spend時,主語只能是表示人的名詞或代詞。例如:Andy spent a lot of money on books. Andy花了很多錢買書。

2、spend time/money on sth.在……上花費時間（金錢）.介詞on後接名詞或代詞。例：I spent two hours on this maths problem.這道數學題花了我兩個小時.

3、spend time/money (in) doing sth.花費時間（金錢）做某事.介詞in可以省略。例：They spent two years (in) building this bridge.造這座橋花了他們兩年時間.

4、spend money for sth.花錢買…….例：His money was spent for books.他的錢用來買書了.另外,spend也有度過的意思。例如:They want to spend their summer holiday in the country.他們想去鄉下過暑假.
